Got my car towed a few days ago... Called my Allstate towing at 7am, but the tow truck didn't show up until 11:30am I called the dispatcher (Bonnie) and she asked me if I had somewhere to be... I told her I work 3rd shift and was awake all night and her reply was, "your at your home so I have to have my drivers do the more important calls first" LIKE REALLY??? I'm a paying customer too and I was told by Allstate it would be a 2 hr ETA. I wasn't the happiest about that but I accepted. NOT 4 1/2 HOURS LATER!!!
